MentorShip uses AI for tutoring and formative feedback. AI can be wrong, and a person must review important educational decisions. This notice is information, not a request for consent.
Activation is blocked until the controller approves the AI-system description, providers, risk classification, human-oversight process, and incident contact.

What AI does
AI may generate tutoring questions, replies, summaries, and formative learning estimates from available class evidence. Output can be incomplete, biased, or wrong. Do not rely on it as an official grade or as the sole basis for admission, discipline, access, advancement, or another significant educational decision.
Participant guidance
Do not enter identifying details. Tell your teacher when output seems wrong, harmful, or irrelevant. A human must be able to review and correct formative estimates.
